Commercial Locksmith Specialist

Our location is at 330 E Southern Ave STE 5, Mesa AZ 85210. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Locksmith Specialist to join our team in Mesa, Arizona, with a competitive salary of $75,000 per year. As an integral part of our organization, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing expert locksmithing services to a diverse range of commercial clients. Your expertise will directly impact our clients’ security solutions and overall satisfaction as you help them protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities
Perform lock installations, repairs, and replacements across various commercial properties.
Cut keys to specifications using various hand and power tools, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Diagnose and resolve issues with security systems, including electronic locks and access controls.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing their concerns effectively.
Analyze problem areas in security and provide tailored solutions to improve safety.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used for inventory tracking.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive security solutions.

Required and preferred qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Proven experience in locksmithing and key cutting recommended.
Proficiency in security systems and troubleshooting techniques preferred.
Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Industry-standard certifications such as CLCP (Certified Locksmith) are a plus.
Familiarity with relevant locksmithing software and tools will be an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the locksmithing field is preferred.
