Locksmith Technician (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer service requests for lockouts, lock repairs, and installations effectively and promptly.
Utilize locksmithing tools and techniques to address a diverse range of locking mechanisms.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and understanding their needs.
Diagnose problems and create effective solutions for lock and key issues.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory of keys and locks.
Work alongside senior technicians on larger projects and installations.
Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest locksmithing practices and tools.

Required and preferred qualifications
Basic skills in locksmithing, customer service, and problem-solving.
Technical skills relevant to the locksmith trade.
Willingness to learn and adaptability to new techniques and tools.
Industry-standard certifications are a plus, though none are required.
Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
